MY RELATED PAST WORK EXPERIENCE - How that Connects With the Topic of Vaccination

In a previous work capacity, I worked as a regulatory officer (enforcing City bylaws) within municipal government. I reviewed  public complaints to determine if the situations complied with municipal legislation, or not.  In all of my work tasks, especially related to the complaints, I was required to conduct research on the issues and safety concerns, and I was required to evaluate all available options. I learned how to look at public complaints impartially and critically. I learned how to evaluate completely opposing perspectives and conflicting priorities. Only when my evaluation was completed, could I then offer options and suggestions to the customer (a community member). When a clear-cut solution wasn't available, which was often the case, I was required to provide suggestions to my superiors (which included Executive Management, City lawyers, and Councillors) about what I thought we could do, or should do moving forward, and from there they decided what we would do and I delivered that message. In many instances, the suggestions I made to my superiors involved identifying HOW our legislation could be or should be changed, and WHY. The suggestions I made were often to help address safety issues or out-dated policy regulations.

Because of that work experience, I understand how government regulation works and doesn't work. I've witnessed how deficient laws and deficient practices significantly affects public safety, freedom, or both. I've seen how the regulatory authority of Government is significantly influenced and shaped by red tape bureaucracy and outside influences (like different community members and businesses). I watched those influences inappropriately shape and change standard office practices.

As a result, my eyes were opened to the short comings within government regulation, at the Municipal level (for a small community). I know that the regulatory authorities at the Federal level must be more significantly affected by bureaucracy, outside influences, and inappropriate practices, because at the Federal level, financial leverage by international corporations is vastly more powerful.

Separate from that, we all know that industries lobby our National Governments. I don't even want to begin to try and wrap my head around how Federal regulators and Federal legislation are influenced by the high status and financial influence of international multi-billion dollar corporations lobbying. In the US, the pharmaceutical industry outspends any other industry when it comes to lobbying, and in Canada, pharma lobbying at the Federal level is also significant. Obviously big money results in big influence and the pharmaceutical companies use that financial leverage and power to their benefit - they wouldn't do it if there wasn't a substantial benefit for them. I believe that as a result of that lobbying and financial influence, the pharmaceutical bias IS AFFECTING public health policy on a global scale, to the detriment of public health.

In my writing you will find, I present a very biased pro-choice perspective. I use the word "pro-choice," though many people have labelled me "anti-vax." I do not relate to or agree with the anti-vax label, for a number of different reasons which I touch on in many of my articles. For now, I'd simply like to say I focus on the pro-choice perspective solely, because you can easily access the pro-vaccine argument.

So, recognizing that the pro-choice perspective is completely misunderstood, and exceedingly more difficult to acquire quality in depth information on (information that's understandable to lay people), I provide you a very detailed and very biased resource here. PLEASE COMPARE the information I provide you here, with all the pro-vaccine information you can acquire elsewhere. As the "pro-choice" label implies, I believe everyone should have the choice to decide for themselves, which means I obviously do not believe that it is my place to tell you that you must NOT vaccinate or that you should be against vaccines. Rather, I feel it's my responsibility to share with you the medical research and vaccine regulatory processes which you are not being told about in your doctors' office, or through media. Modern medicine today, is founded on the ethical basis that patients are given a choice, and that patients must provide their informed consent. On the vaccination front, "informing the patient" of vaccines short comings is not being honoured. It is my belief that you can only arrive at the right decision for yourself and your family, after you evaluate all the information available and compare that information to YOUR health priorities, YOUR values, YOUR needs and wants.

I am NOT a medical professional, and have no background working in that environment. I have a deep interest in health, and for the past 12 years I have been paying close attention to news about health, and the published medical literature and opinion. I listen to BOTH what my doctor and the media says, and what alternative health sources state.

At the end of nearly every article, I provide links to (prioritized in order of preference):

  1. government documents, government websites, court documents and testimony (including testimony from government hearings)

  2. information provided directly from the manufacturers

  3. published peer reviewed medical research

  4. opinion of expert, highly respected doctors (respected in the pro-vaccine realm)

  5. interviews/articles/lectures given by medical doctors / PhDs / medical research scientists, all of whom are qualified to advise the public on health practices.

Those links provided at the end of each of my articles explain in much greater detail the content that I summarized.

It is very important that you read or watch each of the links I provide, so that you can truly educate yourself. Do not take my word on anything! As I said, my opinion is meaningless, I am just the messenger, pointing you to the teachers.

In essence, society’s attention has become focused on vaccination, focused solely on this health treatment. But TREATMENT is not what creates health, treatment is what changes or manages a persons’ symptoms of poor health. Instead of focusing solely on the treatment, there needs to be a shift. We need to evaluate the treatment in the context of the whole - what is working about the treatment? What needs improving? What is failing completely? How does the treatment affect evolution of the species? And how can health be supported moving forward so that the treatment is no longer needed?
