Chapter 7: After Licensing

Let's diverge briefly from the vaccine discussion, and revisit the Vioxx catastrophe. FDA declared Vioxx a safe medication in 1999, when in fact it caused heart attacks and death. Merck withdrew Vioxx from the market in 2004. The New York Times explains that since Vioxx's 2004 withdrawal, Merck has since been criminally convicted and criminally fined for their illegal marketing actions

It has been said that Vioxx may have killed more Americans than were killed fighting...

Serious adverse events like autoimmune diseases are NOT studied in vaccine clinical trials. (Ch5: Part 3) That should concern and shock you. We're always told vaccine testing is very rigorous and long, to ensure absolute safety.

Dr. Lucija Tomlijenovic has her PhD and is a vaccine researcher. Her primary area of focus is the impact of vaccines on neuronal development. In an interview she stated the following (emphasis mine):

...if one looks at the manufacturer's studies, they are often not designe...

The FDA acknowledges that vaccine testing is inferior compared to how drugs are tested Their regulationsstate that though pharmaceutical drugs need "substantial evidence" demonstrated through "adequate and well-controlled studies," vaccines aren't held to that same standard. Vaccine studies need NOT meet the standard of "adequate and well controlled."

The CDC has informed us that even though they vaccinate an entire population of children, they have never studied long term health outcomes in the...

If you want a true picture of the side effects caused by a vaccine, you need to read the package inserts. Doctors and media say vaccines are harmless and perfectly safe, but the truth is, few doctors or reporters have ever read the package inserts.

It is important to note that the 1-3 page handouts given to patients (or parents) in the doctor's office are NOT the package insert. Those brief 1-3 page handouts are condensed summaries often called "consumer information sheets." The package insert is...

In essence, society’s attention has become focused on vaccination, focused solely on this health treatment. But TREATMENT is not what creates health, treatment is what changes or manages a persons’ symptoms of poor health. Instead of focusing solely on the treatment, there needs to be a shift. We need to evaluate the treatment in the context of the whole - what is working about the treatment? What needs improving? What is failing completely? How does the treatment affect evolution of the species? And how can health be supported moving forward so that the treatment is no longer needed?
